Product Warranties
Otimo offers a lifetime warranty on its cable products. Most other Otimo products carry a one year warranty. All electrical devices such as power strips, PDUs, and outlet timers carry a one-year warranty unless otherwise noted.
The Otimo warranty applies to manufacturer defects only and all items returned as defective will be assessed for signs of excessive wear and tear. Damage caused by misuse is not considered a manufacturer defect and is not covered under warranty.
Please note: If you purchased an item from Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Walmart, or any other marketplace website, you must return the item where it was purchased in order to make a warranty claim. If the item can no longer be returned through the marketplace website but is still inside the warranty coverage period, contact our Customer Support and we will assist you with your warranty exchange.
Warranties are only valid when purchased directly from Otimo or through an authorized Otimo reseller. You will be asked to provide a valid order number in order to verify your purchase. If your product was purchased through an unauthorized reseller, all warranties are null and void.
With respect to sales on Amazon.com, we will provide a manufacturer’s warranty only for products purchased from a reseller who we have confirmed as providing genuine, new and authentic Otimo® brand products. Currently, Otimo® is the only reseller that we have authorized, and the only reseller for which the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
If you have a defective item that you would like to exchange, please contact us and our customer service team will help you with your warranty claim.
